Angela Lehmkuhle partners with practice leaders nationwide at Optical Training Institute, helping organizations address skill gaps, streamline onboarding, develop more licensed opticians, and support employee retention. She helps teams make the most of OTI’s online learning platform and programs, including the Optician Development Program, exam preparation, continuing education, and interactive simulations, to support staff development and long-term career growth.

Prior to joining Optical Training Institute, Angela held leadership roles in private practice administration, national corporate training, and recruitment, including positions at National Vision, Inc. and AEG Vision. Throughout her career, she has focused on developing employees, supporting practice leaders, and building healthy team cultures.

Angela brings more than two decades of eyecare and talent development experience across private practice, corporate, and private equity settings in both optometry and ophthalmology. This background has given her a well-rounded understanding of the operational, clinical, and interpersonal needs of eyecare organizations, which she brings to her work with OTI’s clients.

Angela is a Florida Licensed Optician and holds certifications from the American Board of Opticianry and the National Contact Lens Examiners. Her professional credentials also include MBTI Step I and II and CPCC Co-Active Coaching.
