This course is designed to expand the knowledge of the eye care professional (ECP) regarding the technologies related to
LASIK. This will include patient care and participation, looking at the flow of a typical LASIK procedure step-by-step,
research and surgical procedures. After completing the course, an ECP will have a better understanding of the LASIK
procedure, indications and contraindications, and specific procedures.
