When contact lens patients stop wearing their lenses, they become a washout or dropout. This is costly to the ECP practice in terms of time, reputation and most certainly profit. The purpose of this course is to give the ECP a better knowledge of which patients will most likely discontinue contact lens use, and how to improve patient retention.
