To move forward and receive your official Certificate of Completion for the full ODP program, we
need just a couple more things from you.

Your Sponsor will also receive a notification to review and sign off on the ODP Student Competency Checklist – this confirms you’ve demonstrated proficiency across all core areas of the program.

When we receive both your form and your Sponsor’s completed checklist, we’ll issue your
official certificate!
